A true leader keeps their ego under control, listens and cares, trusts, is not afraid to make mistakes and leads by example.

What do you believe in?

A friend of mine and the wonderful lady Eva Vejvodová from Evolucio, who has been with 22HLAV since the start of the self-management stage, once asked me before the beginning of the cooperation: “Mirka, what do you believe in?” I had never thought about it, but I wanted to answer somehow. I later forgot what I’d said, but Eva reminded me, and I wouldn’t change a word of it now. I replied: “I believe in good and that anything is possible.”
