We will help you get rid of paper documents – contracts, invoices, receipts, payroll documentation – everything can be digitised. We will design a process and describe a digital accounting and payroll system in a guideline so that compliance with applicable legislation is clear for any audit.
- We will propose simplifying and automating your work so that you don't have to do what systems can do today so you can do what you didn't have time for, yet was useful and necessary. We use the Digitoo system to process invoices and receipts, which uses AI elements to learn how to correctly account for documents, including determining the centre, orders and activity. We are replacing cash registers with the Fidoo card system, which allows employees to make controlled expenditures (collective account, perfectly adjustable limit system, approval as needed, link to travel reports), and the system can also handle documents paid in cash.
- We will design and implement changes in procedures and processes, recommend and implement new systems and tools with you. We will describe the new procedures in a directive. We will familiarise people with the changes in processes and systems, explain the purpose and benefits of the changes, and oversee their proper implementation.
- As part of our services, we will provide you with our established and functional system for the digitisation and automation of accounting and payroll (consisting of various tools and processes), which we will implement together with you and subsequently guarantee its availability, maintenance and updating. Your accountant and payroll accountant will work in the system as agreed, and all data will be available online according to your needs.
- When you use our system, we will set up reporting in the way that suits you best. Do you need data daily? Weekly? Monthly? Do you need to see the overall results, but also the results for individual types of activities or by department? Do you need to continuously monitor the use of financial resources and have an up-to-date overview of how much remains to be used? Everything can be easily set up and the data automatically updated based on data in the accounting system or other systems.
