In accordance with the amendment to the Accounting Act effective from 1 January 2024, large accounting units and public interest entities are obliged to prepare a sustainability report as part of the annual report. Sustainability is defined by the Czech law as environmental issues, social issues, human rights issues and compliance with them, governance and self-management issues, employment issues and anti-corruption and anti-bribery issues.
